Refund and Returns Policy

All products sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

In the event of damaged, missing, or incorrect products received it must be reported to Medicaliber Sdn. Bhd. within 7 DAYS from the received date of the parcel. This can be done via email to skincaredrb@gmail.com and your email will normally be replied within 3 days from the receipt of your email. Alternatively, you can contact our admin via WhatsApp +60179426919.

In the event that incorrect products were delivered, Medicaliber Sdn. Bhd. shall have no responsibility to replace the same products if the products have been removed from their original packaging. Furthermore, the use of any products in any way, as determined at the discretion and the sole opinion of an appropriate Medicaliber Sdn. Bhd. employee, shall void any claims that incorrect products have been delivered. Any delivery charges paid earlier are not refundable.

Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received them within 3 working days. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange after inspecting them. If your returned products have been approved for replacement, we will initiate an exchange and replace them.

If you have any questions on how to return your products, please contact us via email. All updates for a report will be within 1 month from the day of the order being received.
